At Orpheus Music Academy, we believe that a truly great music education should be inspiring, rigorous, and joyful. We are a small, specialized academy led by a team of European-educated professional musicians, and we are dedicated to offering lessons that are as artistically rich as they are engaging.

Our academy was created with a simple but powerful goal: to provide students with world-class instruction in a setting that is personal, warm, and deeply thoughtful. Because we work with a limited number of students, we’re able to give each one our full attention—adapting to their needs, interests, and pace, while always upholding the highest musical standards.

We take a holistic approach to teaching. This means we don’t just focus on playing pieces—we guide students to understand the history, theory, and meaning behind the music they study. Lessons often include storytelling, listening, creative exercises, and conversation, helping students form a deeper connection to their instrument and to music as an art form.

At the same time, we believe that music education should be fun, dynamic, and relevant. Our curriculum is rooted in classical training, but thoughtfully integrates contemporary methods and materials that spark curiosity and keep students motivated. From structured goal-setting to creative exploration, we offer a balance of discipline and play that leads to real progress and lasting joy.

All of our teachers are professional musicians with conservatory-level education and years of experience performing and teaching. They bring both mastery and passion into every lesson, and are committed to nurturing not only strong musicians, but confident, curious, and expressive individuals.

Lessons are taught online, allowing us to work with families around the world while maintaining the same depth, structure, and personal attention we would offer in person.
